We are delighted to report another fantastic set of IGCSE examination results. Overall, 44% of all grades awarded were Grades A*-A, with 89% of grades awarded being Grades A*-C.
Commenting on the results, Mario Di Clemente, Principal commented: “Congratulations to all of our IGCSE students on their achievements in this year’s examinations. Not only have they worked exceptionally hard to obtain such impressive grades but they have also been terrific role models during their time at the College. They and their families can be very proud of their achievements. Well done and thank you also to our teaching and boarding staff who have supported them throughout their time at Bishopstrow.”
Meanwhile, Chris Lewis, Director of Studies commented: “All candidates have shown an impressive rate of progress since starting the course last September. On average students have improved by two to three IGCSE grades since being assessed at the beginning of their time at Bishopstrow. This is a testimony to their hard work and determination to succeed.”
Having completed their examinations, our 1 Year IGCSE students will now be progressing to a number of leading boarding schools and colleges in the UK, including Rochester Independent College, Abbey College Cambridge and St. Andrew’s College, Cambridge.
