Our qualified management and staff are a credit to Bishopstrow. As well as their array of qualifications and experience in education, all of our staff are trained in Safeguarding and Child Protection procedures. Eight staff are trained first aiders. We know that our staff are the life blood of our school and this is why we recruit carefully, paying particular attention to qualifications, experience and the capacity to connect with younger people.
We value the professional, yet friendly approach of our staff. They are aware that many of our students are away from their families and home environments and may need extra academic, social and emotional support as a consequence.
